As the photographer, I retain the copyright and ownership of the photographs I create, while you receive personal-use rights to download, print, and share your finished images. I will never sell or commercially license images of you or your family to a third party without additional permission.

I don't. Editing is part of my photography and the finished product you're hiring me to create. You'll receive your photographs fully edited in my style, which I will include your preference on.

Solely depends on the event, but I will have it to you in no less than a week for smaller sessions. I understand pictures can be expensive. I tried to get you sneak peaks within 48 hours of the session and the full gallery within reasonable time usually a week.

Honestly? They’re kids—I don’t expect them to. 😂 We’ll play, move around, take breaks, and let them warm up naturally. Sometimes the “uncooperative” moments end up making my favorite pictures.

Nope. Tell them I promise not to make them spend an hour awkwardly smiling at me. My sessions involve plenty of movement and interaction, and I’ll guide you through everything.

I cater to the individual and their comfortability as well as their insecurities.

Idaho weather likes to keep us humble. If conditions aren't going to work for your session, we'll discuss rescheduling or another option. A few clouds won't scare me, though!

Improvising a session into two different days is reasonable, and I can accommodate flexibility with weather.

Temporary things like a blemish, stray hair, or distracting background object can often be cleaned up. Major body alterations or extensive edits may require an additional editing fee—and my goal is still for you to look like you.

A little discoloration to your smile due to a couple coffees prior to the pictures completely understandable, stains on children's clothes completely understandable, if you want me to change your physical build we would need to discuss modifications prior to the session

YES. Those are some of my favorite sessions. Have an old truck, a horse, a family farm, a weird idea you saw at 2 AM on Pinterest, or want to throw your kids in a creek? Tell me what you're thinking and we'll see what we can create. As long as it's legal Im Game!

If you'd rather keep your photographs more private, just let me know. If you have strict boundaries on posting your children online or it's a more intimate moment, like the passing of a pet, funeral or elopement! I hundred percent respect your boundaries to not share those moments for either a deferred amount of time or at all.

I understand that life happens—kids get sick, weather changes, schedules fall apart, and sometimes plans simply have to change. I’m always happy to work with you to reschedule your session to another available date whenever possible.

All deposits/retainers are non-refundable and are used to reserve your date and time. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be retained and may be applied toward your rescheduled session at my discretion and according to availability.

Refunds are generally not provided. In the event of a substantial or unavoidable circumstance requiring cancellation, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a refund is not guaranteed and will depend on the individual circumstances.

The remaining balance for your photography session must be paid in full prior to your scheduled appointment.Your session will not proceed until the outstanding balance has been received.
